I’ve been thinking about something lately and I keep seeing this getting posted on social media—and I wanted to share a personal take with you.

I don’t think most people fail at life.
In fact, showing up every day, providing for yourself and your loved ones, despite all the chaos… that’s deeply admirable.

But here’s the thing: life can still feel really hard.
Not because you’re lazy.
Not because you’re unmotivated.
But because most of us are missing something crucial—a system.

When I started traveling 80% of the time for work, my life felt like it was unraveling.
Deadlines slipped.
I kept forgetting small tasks.
Everything felt like a mental juggling act.

That’s when I realized:
It wasn’t a me problem—it was a systems problem.

So, I started building my own.

Now, I use Notion to manage everything from weekly planning to team capacity, habit tracking, even packing lists.
And the best part?
Once the system is in place, it lets me stay organized without thinking too hard about it.
(AKA I can be productively lazy 😎)

I’ve since turned those systems into templates—for busy people like me (and maybe like you).

And right now, I’ve made them all free.
Why?
Because I believe in helping where I can—especially in times of uncertainty.
